Common use of Routine Communications Clause in Contracts

Routine Communications. All routine communications and reports related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any information listed on the Broker Information Form attachment changes during the life of the Contract, then the Contractor shall update the attachments and submit to the Department’s Contract Manager. Routine communications may be by e-mail, regular mail, or telephone.
