Common use of Routine Matters Clause in Contracts

Routine Matters. Custodian will, in general, attend to all routine and mechanical matters agreed to by Custodian in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer, or other dealings with securities or other property of the Funds except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement or directed from time to time by the Board. For clarity, Custodian shall not be under any duty to take any action on behalf of Trust except as specifically set forth herein.
