Common use of Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic Clause in Contracts

Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic. For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by GNAPS for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by GNAPS, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit GNAPS to route the GNAPS Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by GNAPS. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by GNAPS and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at GNAPS's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, GNAPS will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. GNAPS shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to GNAPS’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by GNAPS iNetworks and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at GNAPS's iNetworks’ expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, GNAPS iNetworks will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by GNAPS Hypercube and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at GNAPSHypercube's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, GNAPS Hypercube will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. This routing arrangement will be implemented at GNAPSFirst Comm's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by GNAPS Hello Depot and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by GNAPS ▇▇▇▇ Tell and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at GNAPS▇▇▇▇ Tell's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by GNAPS TWCIS and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at GNAPSTWCIS's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, GNAPS TWCIS will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. GNAPS TWCIS shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to GNAPSTWCIS’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
