Routing to Directory Assistance and Operator Services. 3.1 Upon request by Reseller, to the extent technically feasible, ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic will provide to Reseller the capability of rerouting to Reseller's platforms directory assistance traffic (411 and 555-1212 calls) from Reseller Customers served by resold ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic Retail Telecommunications Service dial tone line service and operator services traffic (0+ and 0- intraLATA calls) from Reseller Customers served by resold ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic Retail Telecommunications Service dial tone line service. 3.2 A request for the rerouting service described in Exhibit I, Section 4.1 must be made by Reseller (a) on a ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic switch-by-▇▇▇▇ Atlantic switch basis, and (b) at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date that the rerouting capability is to be made available in an applicable ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic switch. 3.3 The prices for the rerouting service described in Exhibit I, Section 4.1 shall be as stated in Exhibit II, Section 2.

Customized routing provided by GTE shall on an interim, short-term basis, be provided subject to the following terms and conditions: (1) AT&T shall submit reasonable requests and identify those geographic areas where it wants customized routing; (2) within a reasonable time after receiving AT&T’s notification, GTE shall identify its switches serving the designated area and advise AT&T whether customized routing is technically feasible for those switches; (3) if customized routing is technically feasible, GTE shall make such routing available within a reasonable time period; (4) AT&T shall pay all the costs associated with its selective routing request; and (5) the parties shall work to establish a long-term industry solution.

Local Directory Assistance and Operator Services calls dialled by AT&T Customers when AT&T purchases Local Services shall be routed to GTE’s Directory Assistance and Operator Services platforms.

ACSI shall pay GTE's costs, if any, pursuant to the pricing standards of Section 252(d) of the Act and in such amounts or levels as determined by the Commission for implementation of such routing.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by FTCS for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by FTCS, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit FTCS to route the FTCS Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by FTCS. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by FTCS and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at FTCS's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, FTCS will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. FTCS shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to FTCS’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.
