Common use of Routing Clause in Contracts

Routing. Seller agrees to ship via the carrier specified by ▇▇▇▇▇. Seller will not insure or declare value on shipments unless Buyer specifies otherwise. As a normal practice, Seller will ship prepaid and subsequently invoice ▇▇▇▇▇ for reimbursement. In case of any shipment that does not correspond to normal past practice between Buyer and Seller, or to standard practice in the industry, Seller agrees to notify Buyer 72 hours prior to shipment for special shipping instructions
