Routing. ITXC shall route or cause Subscribers' Internet Technology to be routed over ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇(SM). ITXC reserves the right to route Internet Telephony using any means of termination, including the use of the PSTN. ITXC reserves the right, and Company shall not attempt to circumvent such right, to prohibit use of the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇(SM) to serve certain telephone numbers, including premium pay numbers. Company shall provide written notice to ITXC of all gateways anticipated to be eliminated as soon as possible, but not less than sixty (60) days in advance of the elimination of such gateway.
