RPN Responsibility Allowance Sample Clauses

The RPN Responsibility Allowance clause defines the allocation of specific responsibilities and associated allowances to the Responsible Party Nominee (RPN) within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of duties the RPN is expected to perform and specifies any additional compensation or resources provided to support these responsibilities. For example, it may detail tasks such as project oversight, compliance monitoring, or reporting obligations, and set forth the financial or operational allowances granted for fulfilling these roles. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate the RPN’s obligations and ensure they are adequately supported, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding roles and compensation.
RPN Responsibility Allowance. An Employee who consents to be responsible as the Employee-in-charge on evenings, morning shifts, weekends or statutory holidays shall be paid a responsibility allowance of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked in addition to her/his regular salary and shift premium.
RPN Responsibility Allowance. In an emergency situation, when an RN is absent from her normal shift, and the Employer temporarily assigns an RPN to carry out some additional responsibilities of the absent RN for a period of 3 hrs or more, the employee shall receive an allowance of $1.00 per hour (increasing to $1.35 effective December 15, 2015, the date of ratification) or all hours assigned the additional responsibilities.
RPN Responsibility Allowance. Where an RN is absent from her/his normal shift, and the Employer temporarily assigns an RPN to carry out some additional responsibilities of the absent RN for a period in excess of one half (1/2) shift, the Employee shall receive an allowance of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for each shift. Where there is neither an RN nor a Supervisory employee (or above) who is a Registered Nurse in the building and there is an RPN in the building, the above- noted allowance will apply to an RPN who is designated to be in charge of the building.
