Common use of RSA Requirements Clause in Contracts

RSA Requirements. RSA agrees: a. It shall inform Provider of any consumer request that RSA knows of, that is made pursuant to applicable US Privacy Laws, and that Provider must comply with. b. It shall provide Provider with the information in RSA’s possession that is reasonably necessary for Provider to comply with the request, except information that US Privacy Laws prohibit RSA from sharing, or information that Provider already has access to or is better suited than RSA to obtain.
