Rule of Interpretation. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with section 102 of the Bankruptcy Code. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, it is the intent of the Parties that all references to votes or voting in this Agreement be interpreted to include all means of expressing agreement with, or rejection of, as the case may be, a Restructuring.
