Safe Environment. Members have the right to work in a safe environment. The Employer shall provide protective measures to ensure the physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of Members while exercising their job-related functions on campus. Where the University requires a Member to work off campus to fulfill job duties, the Employer shall be responsible for the Member’s physical, psychological, and emotional well-being while exercising their job-related functions while at work.
