Safe Project Clause Samples

The 'Safe Project' clause defines the parameters and requirements for ensuring that a project is conducted in a manner that prioritizes safety for all participants and stakeholders. Typically, this clause outlines the safety standards, protocols, and responsibilities that must be adhered to during the execution of the project, such as compliance with relevant laws, use of protective equipment, and regular safety audits. Its core function is to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries, thereby protecting both the workforce and the organization from harm and potential liability.
Safe Project. The Organization must deliver an online project that is respectful, open, inclusive and accessible. This online project must show respect for the subject being addressed, as well as target groups and communities. Any aspect of the project that may be incompatible with the provisions of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms or the Criminal Code, particularly in relation to hate speech, is contrary to the spirit of the program.
