Safety Design Clause Samples

The Safety Design clause establishes requirements and standards to ensure that all aspects of a project or product are developed with safety as a primary consideration. It typically mandates that the design process incorporates risk assessments, compliance with relevant safety regulations, and the implementation of protective features or fail-safes. By setting these expectations, the clause helps prevent accidents, reduces liability, and ensures that the final deliverable is safe for users and operators.
