Salary Change Clause Samples

The Salary Change clause outlines the conditions and procedures under which an employee’s salary may be adjusted during their employment. Typically, this clause specifies who has the authority to make salary changes, the circumstances that may trigger a salary review (such as performance evaluations or changes in job responsibilities), and how employees will be notified of any adjustments. Its core practical function is to provide transparency and set expectations regarding compensation, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes about pay changes.
