Common use of Salary Payment Clause in Contracts

Salary Payment. ‌ Payment for vacations will be made at an employee's basic salary except if an employee has been receiving substitution pay in a higher-paid position than their regular position for the 30 working days immediately preceding their vacation, in which case they shall receive the higher rate.
