Salary Reduction Program. The Board will offer the opportunity for employees to participate in a salary reduction agreement under Section 125. Implementation shall be subject to Internal Revenue regulations. 1. Teachers may elect to participate in this Section 125 Plan II Program and may withhold on a yearly basis the maximum allowable by law each plan year. 2. American Fidelity Group shall administer this plan in accordance with a Provider Agreement that is approved by the Board. 3. The Board shall not in any event be subjected to any additional liability or responsibility for cost of any kind beyond that which is contained in this Working Agreement as a result of implementing this Section 125 Plan.
