Sale of Unit or Location. In the event that, after the Effective Date, LHC proposes to sell any or all of its business units or locations that are subject to this CIA, LHC shall notify OIG of the proposed sale at least 30 days prior to the sale of such business unit or location, if possible, or no later than 30 days after the sale. This notification shall include a description of the business unit or location to be sold or sold, a brief description of the terms of the sale, and the name and contact information of the prospective purchaser. This CIA shall be binding on the purchaser of such business unit or location, unless otherwise determined and agreed to in writing by the OIG.
