Sales Agents Clause Samples
The Sales Agents clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and limitations of individuals or entities authorized to sell products or services on behalf of a company. It typically outlines the scope of the agent’s authority, any commission structures, and compliance requirements with company policies or legal regulations. By clearly delineating these aspects, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings regarding representation and ensures that both parties understand the terms under which sales activities are conducted.
