Sales Data Reporting. In accordance with this section, Contractor shall report to NASPO ValuePoint all Orders under this Master Agreement for which Contractor has invoiced the ordering entity or individual, including Orders invoiced to Participating Entity or Purchasing Entity employees for personal use if such use is permitted by this Master Agreement and the applicable Participating Addendum (“Sales Data”). Timely and complete reporting of Sales Data is a material requirement of this Master Agreement. Reporting requirements, including those related to the format, contents, frequency, or delivery of reports, may be updated by NASPO ValuePoint with reasonable notice to Contractor and without amendment to this Master Agreement. NASPO ValuePoint shall have exclusive ownership of any media on which reports are submitted and shall have a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free, and transferable right to display, modify, copy, and otherwise use reports, data, and information provided under this section.

By placing an Order under this Master Agreement, a Purchasing Entity agrees to have its data (i) included in reports submitted by Contractor to NASPO ValuePoint and (ii) used by NASPO ValuePoint as set forth in this Master Agreement without limitation, unless otherwise requested in writing by the Purchasing Entity and agreed to in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇. Related to Sales Data Reporting

  • DATA REPORTING a) CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to student information and billing information with ▇▇▇. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to any and all sections of this contract and requested by and in the format require by the LEA. CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with invoices, attendance reports and progress reports for LEA students enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s NPS/A. b) Using forms developed by the CDE or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇, CONTRACTOR shall provide LEA, on a monthly basis, a written report of all incidents in which a statutory offense is committed by any LEA student, regardless if it results in a disciplinary action of suspension or expulsion. This includes all statutory offenses as described in Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. CONTRACTOR shall also include, in this monthly report, incidents resulting in the use of a behavioral restraint and/or seclusion even if they were not a result of a violation of Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. c) The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTORS with approved forms and/or format for such data including but not limited to invoicing, attendance reports and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTORS-provided forms at their discretion.

  • CONTRACT SALES REPORTING Contractor shall report total Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below. (a) Contract Sales Reporting System. Contractor shall report quarterly Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile. (b) Data. Each sales report must identify every authorized Purchaser by name as it is known to Enterprise Services and its total combined sales amount invoiced during the reporting period (i.e., sales of an entire agency or political subdivision, not its individual subsections). The “Miscellaneous” option may be used only with prior approval by Enterprise Services. Upon request, Contractor shall provide contact information for all authorized Purchasers specified herein during the term of the Contract. If there are no Contract sales during the reporting period, Contractor must report zero sales. (c) Due dates for Contract Sales Reporting.   • Required Vendor Sales Reporting By responding to this Solicitation, you agree to report to TIPS all sales made under any awarded Agreement with TIPS. Vendor is required to report all sales under the TIPS contract to TIPS. If the TIPS Member entity requesting a price from the awarded Vendor requests the TIPS contract, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract number on any communications with the TIPS Member entity. If awarded, you will be provided access to the Vendor Portal. To report sales, login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and click on the PO’s and Payments tab. Pages 3-7 of the Vendor Portal User Guide will walk you through the process of reporting sales to TIPS. Please refer to the TIPS Accounting FAQ’s for more information about reporting sales and if you have further questions, contact the Accounting Team at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping record of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement and submitting same to TIPS.

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Meteorological Data Reporting Requirement (Applicable to wind generation facilities only)
