Sales Incentive Programs. Seagate Software shall offer Distributor a cooperative advertising program and market development fund on the terms set forth in Exhibit C. Seagate Software may from time to time offer other incentive programs to Distributor. All such programs will be governed by such rules and guidelines as Seagate Software may announce and modify from time to time in its discretion.
