Sampling of Materials Sample Clauses

The "Sampling of Materials" clause establishes the right and procedure for one party to take samples of materials used or supplied under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines who may collect samples, under what circumstances, and how the samples will be tested or analyzed to ensure compliance with agreed specifications. For example, a contractor may be required to provide material samples for laboratory testing before full-scale use in a construction project. The core function of this clause is to ensure quality control and verify that materials meet contractual standards, thereby reducing the risk of defects or non-compliance.
