The 'Sanitary Problems' clause addresses issues related to hygiene, cleanliness, and the proper functioning of sanitary facilities within a property or premises. Sanitary Problems. All dogs and cats must be housebroken. The Pet may not be fed or given water, or allowed to urinate or defecate on any unprotected carpet inside the dwelling unit. The resident will immediately remove and will be responsible and liable for cleaning up any mess that the pet should make anywhere in or about the apartment or apartment community grounds.

In additional Tenant shall require the caretaker of any Dog to have a sanitary waste remover, commonly known as a “Pooper Scooper” or “Dog Scooper” or other waste removal supplies on hand at all times while walking the Dog outside the Premises, and Tenant agrees to remove and properly dispose of any Dog waste.
Sanitary Problems. Guide animals for handicapped persons must be HOUSEBROKEN. All other Animals must be caged when owners are not present. Tenants shall not permit their Animal to defecate or urinate anywhere on the premises including the lawn, patio areas, walkways, stairs, stairwells, parking lots, grassy areas, or other places. Tenants must take their Animal off the property for that purpose.
