Satisfaction of Redemption. Any redemption on a Redemption Date in accordance with this Section 7 shall be deemed satisfied upon payment of the Forced Redemption Price in cash to the Holder by the end of the third Trading Day after the Mandatory Redemption Notice is given (the “CoC Redemption Share Delivery Deadline”). For greater certainty, the day that the CoC Redemption Notice is given does not count as a Trading Day.
