Common use of Satisfactory Diligence Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Diligence. Within the Due Diligence Period (as defined in Section 9.2 below), each of the Purchasers will have concluded its due diligence investigation of the Companies and the business of Silver City and the Companies’ respective assets and properties and all other matters related to the foregoing, and will be satisfied, in their sole discretion, with the results thereof.
