Satisfactory Title. A notice of title continuation (or nothing further certificate) or an endorsement in respect of Owner's title policy and any Assignee's title policy indicating that since the date of the Initial Advance for such Unit Premises, there have been no changes in the state of title, except for Permitted Liens and no additional survey exceptions (other than Permitted Liens) not theretofore specifically approved in writing by Owner and Assignee, and, if such Unit Premises are subject to a Ground Lease in which Agent is not the ground lessor thereunder, an estoppel certificate from the ground lessor confirming that there are no defaults under the Ground Lease, if any, and such other information relating to title as may be reasonably requested by Owner or Assignee.
