Satisfactory Title. A notice of title continuation or date-down endorsement issued by the Title Company in respect of Owner's title policy and Assignee's title policy indicating that, since the last advance, there have been no changes in the state of title, except for Permitted Liens and increasing the pending disbursements/improvements coverage to include the amount of such Interim Advance costs.
