Scale Up/Down. 12.1 The Supplier shall commit to being fully prepared in the event any decision is made to scale down the duration of the contract based on (but not limited to) the value and speed at which the fund is dispersed, the performance of the PMA and if the total fund budget of the programme is reduced from the current value.

Scale Up/Down. (i) Client may increase the number of Representatives, RS Reps, or RSMs above the number outlined in Exhibit A (a “Scale Up”) upon written notification to Syneos Health.
