SCDEM Resources. SCDEM maintains a number of resources that, when practicable, will be made available to Participating Jurisdictions. Requests for their deployment shall be made as early as possible to the SCDEM Duty Officer or, when activated, the Snohomish County ECC. When requesting a ComVan, the Participating Jurisdiction bears the primary responsibility for providing a qualified driver and should not expect SCDEM to provide an operator.
