Schedule for Summative Evaluations. 11.5.1.1 Non-regular and regular employees will be evaluated at least once per academic year following procedures outlined in 11.5. 11.5.1.2 For a non-regular employee not placed on scale under step eight (8) and who has satisfactorily completed probation, unless there are valid reasons otherwise, the ▇▇▇▇ shall waive these procedures two years out of three. 11.5.1.3 For a non-regular employee placed on scale under step eight (8) and who has satisfactorily completed their probationary period, unless there are valid reasons otherwise, the ▇▇▇▇ shall waive these procedures for the first four years of a five-year cycle established in the academic year following their most recent regular evaluation. 11.5.1.4 For a regular employee with a continuous appointment, the evaluation will occur every five years unless the ▇▇▇▇ determines there are valid reasons otherwise. The five year evaluation cycle will be established at the commencement of the continuous appointment.
