Schedule of Assignments. University shall notify the clinical site supervisor of student assignment, including the name of the student, level of academic preparation, and length and dates of proposed clinical experience.
Schedule of Assignments. Prior to the initiation of any program for Students, the School Board shall provide information to the Facility concerning the number of Students, possible dates of assignment, the names and pertinent information about the Students, and the objectives for Students’ clinical education experience. The Facility and School Board shall jointly plan the schedule of student assignments to Facility, including the number of Students, the hours of attendance, and the schedule of activities at the Facility. Facility shall determine the maximum number of Students accepted by Facility for assignment to a clinical area.

The assignment of a student of the University to Student Teach in the District shall be deemed to be effective for purposes of this agreement as of the date the student presents to the proper authorities of the District the assignment card or other document given the student by the University effecting such assignment, but not earlier than the date of such assignment as shown on such card or other document.
