Common use of Schedule of Completion Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Completion. The Pre-Commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract will commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter. Activities on the Site will commence on the date specified in the Proceed Order and will be materially complete in accordance with established Milestones, and not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date.
