Packing and Marking Clause Samples

The packing-and-marking clause sets out the requirements for how goods must be packaged and labeled before shipment. It typically specifies the type of materials to be used for packing, the method of securing items to prevent damage, and the information that must be clearly marked on each package, such as contents, destination, and handling instructions. This clause ensures that products arrive safely and are easily identifiable during transit, reducing the risk of loss, damage, or misdelivery.
