Common use of Schedule of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Equipment. The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent on the Effective Date and thereafter at the request of the Agent (but not more frequently than semi-annually), a Schedule of Equipment, listing and describing the type and location of each item of the Equipment of the Borrower having an original cost greater than $10,000.
