Schedule of Fair Share Fee Deductions. a. All Fair Share Fee Payers Payroll deduction of such fair share fees shall begin at the first payroll period in January after January 15, except that no fair share fee deductions shall be made for bargaining unit members employed after January 15 until the second paycheck; this period shall be the required probationary period of newly-employed bargaining unit members.
