Schedule of Fees. The City Commission shall by resolution establish a schedule of fees for the filing, processing and reviewing of, or an amendment to or cancellation of a development agreement, or the annual review of a development agreement and related documents submitted to the City pursuant to the Development Agreement Act and these regulations.
