Schedule of Improvements. The Improvements to be constructed by the Developer are shown on the Schedule of Improvements, attached hereto as Exhibit B and fully incorporated by this reference showing in detail the public and other required subdivision or development improvements, including shallow utilities, landscaping, revegetation and other subdivision or development improvements that the Developer shall be responsible for constructing, and the costs therefor. No work shall be commenced by the Developer until such time as the Schedule of Improvements has been approved by the Town and the performance guarantee provided pursuant to this Agreement. The Schedule of Improvements shall at a minimum include the following improvements and associated construction costs necessary to provide the Improvements for the development of the subdivision, establishment of a conditional use or construction of a structure subject to a building permit when a development improvements agreement is required by the Board of Trustees. 1. Water Distribution System. Water distribution facilities including water mains, lateral service lines to the lot lines, valves, fire hydrants, and all other appurtenant facilities necessary to provide treated municipal water service.
