SCHEDULING OF SPECIAL TRIP Sample Clauses

The "Scheduling of Special Trip" clause establishes the procedures and requirements for arranging transportation or services outside of the regular schedule. Typically, this clause outlines how and when a party can request a special trip, any advance notice required, and who bears the associated costs. By clearly defining the process for scheduling additional trips, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aware of their responsibilities and expectations regarding unscheduled or extra services.
