Scheduling of Vacation. Staff members shall schedule their vacations after consultation and approval by their supervisors, who shall ensure that a monthly vacation credit and debit record for each staff member is maintained. Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

A staff member intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise their supervisor as soon as possible.
