Scheduling Representatives. (i) Fulcrum Scheduling Representative. Fulcrum shall appoint an individual (the “Fulcrum Scheduling Representative”) who shall serve as the primary Fulcrum representative under this Agreement with respect to the scheduling and acceptance of deliveries of Feedstock.
