Common use of Schematic Design–A/ Clause in Contracts

Schematic Design–A/. E Deadline means the date that is a fixed number of days after receipt of a Schematic Design–TFC NOA, and by which date A/E shall prepare and deliver the proposed Schematic Design Package and its Schematic Design Phase Cost Estimate to TFC.
