SCHOOL ENROLLMENT. All school-aged children being housed at the shelter will be enrolled in school.
SCHOOL ENROLLMENT. 800: Oakdale Joint Unified School District (OJUSD), California School Employees Association (CSEA) and its Oakdale Joint Unified School District Chapter #830, agree to the following regarding the possible increase in time for specified classified classifications at elementary schools when the enrollment of a site meets or exceeds 800 of any given year. These positions serve students in a like capacity at other elementary schools in the District. The positions include, but are not limited to: Librarian, Computer Education Instructor and Health Clerk. The agreement is: 11.12.1 When enrollment meets or exceeds 800 of any given year by August 1, the District will, with input from the site administrator, determine if additional time is needed for the specific classifications listed above. If additional time is needed for a classification not listed above, the District will notify CSEA of the additional unspecified classification(s). 11.12.1.1 The additional time needed will be determined by the District with input from the site administrator and will be provided to employee’s identified by the District within the classification(s) based on student needs. 11.12.1.2 The intent of the additional time, for these employees, is to continue to provide services to the students at that specific site. The intent is not to have a negative financial impact on the employee who will receive the additional time. The financial impact to the employee will be considered, but the service that is needed for the students will be the determining factor. 11.12.1.3 The extra time that is allotted will be in place for the entire work year even if the enrollment drops below the qualifying enrollment of 800 during that school year. 11.12.2 Enrollment at all elementary schools will be reviewed each year and the process will be initiated again if an elementary school’s enrollment meets or exceeds 800. 11.12.3 Employees who have additional time added for a specific year, will not have that time in upcoming years unless the District, with input from the site or department administrator, director or manager, determine that the additional time is needed and the enrollment of that school meets or exceeds 800. 11.12.4 If a school’s enrollment drops below 800 by August 1 of any given year, this agreement will not be implemented. SCHOOL ENROLLMENT. Section 1. The Superintendent may permit a school age nonresident child to enroll in the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District (District) and waive tuition therefore so long as the child resides with a parent or legal guardian who is employed in the District in a position covered by this Agreement. The following restrictions apply: (a) Enrollment may commence only at the beginning of the school year and is subject to application to be received by May 15 of the prior school year. Exceptions may be granted for employees hired after that date. Such application must include, among other information as determined by the Superintendent, a written agreement of the school committee of the child’s town of residence that the child may, if admitted, attend school in the district. (b) Admission is subject to a determination by the Superintendent that there is likely to be space available in the particular grade and/or classes in which the student seeks to participate without the need to add staffing. (c) Unless otherwise arranged with the community of residence, parents/guardians of all nonresident students are responsible for providing transportation associated with the student’s attendance in the district. The parents/guardians will also be responsible for payment of user fees applicable to other students in the district (e.g. for band, athletics, etc.) (d) Continued attendance shall be subject to the student’s adherence to applicable federal and state laws and to code of conduct as determined by the principal and/or superintendent. (e) Attendance is an employee benefit. Thus a child may not continue to attend the district schools if the parent/guardian ceases to be employed by the district for any reason. Employees should be aware of and seek assistance regarding potential tax consequences of accepting this benefit. Section 2. The Superintendent’s determinations under this article shall be final and not subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures. Section 3. This article shall be in effect only for the period of September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2008, unless the parties mutually agree to extend such article for an additional period. However, even absent agreement to extend this article, it will continue to apply to students already admitted during its term. Section 4. SCHOOL ENROLLMENT. Concept shall recommend to the CMSA Board the maximum enrollment of the School and of each grade in accordance with the Charter School Agreement, facility, and budget. Concept will monitor enrollment to ensure that the School enrolls students in full compliance with the requirements of the Charter School Agreement and Illinois Charter Schools Law.

  • Disenrollment 12.1 ADFMs shall be disenrolled from TOP Prime/TOP Prime Remote, TOP Select when: • The enrollee loses eligibility for TOP enrolled coverage, • The enrollee has not requested enrollment transfer/disenrollment of TOP Prime/TOP Prime Remote within 60 calendar days following the end of the overseas tour. 12.2 ADSMs shall be disenrolled from TOP Prime/TOP Prime Remote when: 12.3 ADFMs who are enrolled in TOP Prime/TOP Prime Remote may disenroll at any time. They will not be permitted to make another enrollment until after a 12-month period if they have already changed their enrollment status from enrolled to disenrolled twice during the enrollment year (October 1 to September 30) for any reason. ADFMs with sponsors E-1 through E-4 are exempt from these enrollment lock-out provisions. See Chapter 6, Section 1 for guidance regarding enrollment lock-outs. Effective January 1, 2018, see TPM, Chapter 10, Section 2.1 for QLE information and Chapter 6, Sections 1 and 2, for enrollment eligibility and time frames. 12.4 ADSMs cannot voluntarily disenroll from TOP Prime or TOP Prime Remote if they remain on permanent assignment in an overseas location where these programs are offered. ADSM enrollment in TOP Prime or TOP Prime Remote continues until they transfer enrollment to another TRICARE region/program or lose eligibility for TOP/TRICARE. 12.5 TOP Prime/TOP Prime Remote enrollees must either transfer enrollment or disenroll within 60 calendar days of the end of the overseas tour when the ADSM departs to a new area of assignment. The TOP contractor shall provide continuing coverage until (1) the enrollment has been transferred to the new location, (2) the enrollee disenrolls, or (3) when enrollment transfer or disenrollment has not been requested by the TOP Prime/TPR enrollee by the 60th day the TOP contractor will automatically disenroll the beneficiary on the 61st calendar day following the end date of the overseas tour from TOP Prime or TOP TPR. Until December 31, 2017, the disenrolled ADFM TOP Prime or TOP TPR beneficiary will revert to TRICARE Standard. Effective January 1, 2018, ADFMs disenrolled from TOP Prime or TOP TPR will be only eligible for space available care at military treatment facilities.‌
