Common use of SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT Clause in Contracts

SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT. The board along with the staff has the responsibility to provide a safe working environment in which learning is given the highest priority for teachers and students. To this end, violations of the GCCC Student Code of Conduct regarding drug, tobacco, and/or alcohol use, weapons, assaults, threats (blatant or implied) or the use of abuse (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated. It is everyone’s responsibility to help maintain order in school.
