SCHOOL GUIDELINES Sample Clauses

The SCHOOL GUIDELINES clause establishes the rules and standards that must be followed within a school environment. It typically outlines expectations for student behavior, dress codes, attendance policies, and procedures for addressing violations. By clearly defining acceptable conduct and operational procedures, this clause helps maintain order, ensures a safe and productive learning environment, and provides a reference point for resolving disputes or disciplinary issues.
SCHOOL GUIDELINES. Our family agrees to abide by all policies and guidelines of the School including, but not limited to, the Handbook for Parents & Students, and the KKC Parent Handbook, in our support of the Schools. I further agree to make all guidelines clear to my child (as appropriate) and help him/her to follow them. HEALTH/ILLNESS GUIDELINES: I will report any serious or infectious illnesses to the Elementary Office or KKC Director immediately. I agree to keep my child home if she/he shows signs of a cold or other communicable disease. (Children with a temperature of 100 degrees or more will not be accepted for care. Furthermore, a child who is too sick to go outside is too sick to come to KKC.) If my child becomes ill while at KKC, I agree to pick him/her up myself or send an authorized person immediately. Children must be on medication for 24 hours before returning to KKC if medication is prescribed by a physician. WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS: I understand that I must give 14 (fourteen) days written notice or pay one-half month’s fee in lieu of notice if I withdraw my student that is enrolled in a KKC package program. Days your child does not attend will not be deducted from your monthly charges. Refunds will only be issued if KKC must cancel care or close the operations on a designated care day.
