Any am endments to the Parental Contract shall be 30 submitted in advance to the Sponsor for approval. The School shall not use the 31 Parent Contract to discrim inate, involuntarily withdraw, or create a financial 1 burden or any other barrier to enrollm ent. At a m inimum, all communication to 2 parents, including Parent Contracts, sh all be provided in English, Spanish and 3 Haitian-Creole, as appropriate.
