Serve as the grant recipient and assume financial liability for funds or resources received and administered by the Director of the Weld County Department of Human Services pursuant to the agreements with the State. 4. Establish the conditions and terms of employment for all Weld County Department Human Services employees. 5. Ensure that adequate resources are available to assist the WCWDB in carrying out its duties.
