School Time Sample Clauses

School Time. The Board of Education reserves the right to establish times. School times are not to be changed without prior consultation with the Association.
School Time. Out-of-School-Time Programs include any programs operated before or after school hours, or on weekends, or during school calendar breaks, but does not include school clubs or athletics. The School provides, operates, is affiliated with, or sponsors the out-of-school-time programs identified and described in Exhibit E. The School does not provide, operate, affiliate, or sponsor out-of-school-time programs not otherwise identified and described in Exhibit E.
School Time. The Operator will ensure that, during School Time, adequate staff at appropriate levels of responsibility and decision-making powers are contactable and available within a reasonable period to the School to deal with any day-to-day management issues and to deal with emergencies
School Time. The school rules apply during school time, which begins when students arrive on campus and ends when they leave at the end of the scheduled activities in which they participate, including After School Activities (ASA). A secondary school sponsored trip off-campus is also considered as school time. Start and release times for secondary school trips may be outside normal school hours. In this case school time is automatically extended to include these unusual hours.
School Time. All students are to be dropped off and picked up in the designated areas. For the student’s safety, please do not drop any students off earlier than 8:00 a.m. Parents that continually disregard this rule will be reported to the proper authorities. ALL STUDENTS are to be at school and in their classrooms prior to 8:40 A.M. Any student arriving after this time will be considered tardy. If late, PLEASE DO NOT SIMPLY DROP YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN OFF OUT FRONT. PARENTS must accompany their child/children to the office to sign in late.

Related to School Time

  • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.

  • School Day A. The length of the school day shall be seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes inclusive of the arrival and departure time. B. The reporting time for elementary school and K-8 school teachers shall be fifteen (15) minutes prior to the time designated as the official homeroom period. The reporting time for high school and middle school teachers shall be ten (10) minutes prior to the time designated as the official homeroom period. In the event there is no homeroom period during the instructional day or there is no homeroom period, reporting time for elementary school and K-8 school teachers shall be fifteen (15) minutes prior to the beginning of the student instructional day and ten minutes for high school and middle school teachers. Leaving time shall be upon the completion of the teacher’s responsibility but in no event less than ten (10) minutes for elementary school and K-8 school teachers and no less than five (5) minutes for high school and middle school teachers after the conclusion of the instructional day. C. It is further agreed that the teacher will provide extra time either within or outside of the teacher’s school day for the benefit of the needs of his students as shall be determined by the teacher. D. For the purposes of leaves (i.e., sick, personal) a half-day of leave time shall be defined as three (3) hours and thirty-two (32) minutes minimum, from the start of or prior to the end of the work day. E. A joint committee composed of three (3) members appointed by the Board and three (3) members appointed by the Union shall meet within 30 days of the date of the ratification of this Agreement to address the additional salary payable to members of the bargaining unit for work performed beyond the 7 hour and 5 minute duty day and/or beyond the 190 duty day school year at every Charter, Transformation, Innovation, New Schools Initiative, Turnaround School, Restart or any other newly created school that operates with an extended school day and/or extended school year. A specific Memorandum of Understanding for each such school shall be created negotiated no later than August 15, 2013 for the terms of this Agreement of each school year.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

  • Personal Time Employees shall be eligible to take accrued PTO time for personal reasons. Such time must be scheduled in advance in accordance with Employer policies and be approved by the employee's supervisor. Personal time PTO must be taken in at least one-hour increments.
