Scope and Application of Country Work Sample Clauses

The "Scope and Application of Country Work" clause defines the specific activities, responsibilities, and geographic areas covered by a party's work within a particular country under the agreement. It typically outlines which services, projects, or deliverables are included, and may specify any limitations or exclusions regarding the work to be performed. By clearly delineating what is and is not included in the country-specific work, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties have a shared understanding of their obligations and the extent of the work to be undertaken.
