Scope and Purpose of Planning Tools. The Development Report and the System Plan are intended to assist Midstream Co and Producer with long-term planning and goals. None of the Development Reports nor the System Plans shall amend or modify this Agreement in any way. In the sole discretion of each Person serving as a Midstream Co under a Midstream Agreement Addendum, such Midstream Co may work with any other Midstream Co to prepare and deliver a System Plan jointly. To the extent that a Development Report or System Plan that satisfies the requirements above is delivered or deemed delivered under any other Transaction Document, such Development Report or System Plan shall be deemed delivered hereunder.

Gatherer may, in its sole discretion, work with any third party providers of Gatherer’s services hereunder, to the extent under contract with Gatherer, to prepare and deliver a System Plan jointly with such other entity or entities. In the sole discretion of each Person serving as a Midstream Co under an Agreement Addendum, such Midstream Co may work with any other Midstream Co to prepare and deliver a System Plan jointly (and OpCo may direct each of its subsidiaries to work together to prepare one System Plan).   • Scope and Purpose 1.01 This document is intended to set out general guidelines and principles regarding child welfare sector integrations during the term of this agreement which are mandated by the Ministry and for which local Human Resources Adjustment Plans (HRAP) are required to be negotiated.   • Purpose of Plan The Board of each Participating Fund maintains this Deferred Compensation Plan for Independent Directors and Trustees. The purpose of the Plan is to allow the independent directors and trustees of the Participating Funds to defer receipt of all or a portion of the compensation they earn for their service to the Participating Funds in lieu of receiving current payments of such compensation, and to treat any deferred amount as though an equivalent dollar amount had been invested in shares of one or more Eligible Funds.
