Scope and Responsibility. The Supplier processes personal data on behalf of the Client. This includes activities set forth in detail in the contract and Service Agreement. Within the scope of this agreement, the Client (“controller” as defined in Art. 4, No. 7 GDPR) is solely responsible for complying with data protection laws, especially the legality of transmitting data to the Supplier and the legality of the data processing.
