Scope Exclusions. This Chapter shall not apply to measures adopted or maintained by a Party relating to [financial institutions] of another Party, investors of the other Party and to the investments of such investors, in [financial institutions] in the territory of the Party, as defined in Article X.1 (Financial Services Chapter - Definitions);
