Product Functionality. The Software offers users real time antivirus protection and manual scans, as well as the ability to auto- sandbox unknown files with portable sandbox and embedded virus scope. Product Functionality. 5.1 The Licensor independently registers with a forex broker, after which he undergoes internal verification and opens a personal brokerage account
5.2 After paying for the Product, the Licensee shall provide the Licensor with information about their trading account.
5.3 The Licensor shall use the transferred data to create a personalized version of the Product and generate a license key and shall transfer it to the Licensee within 24 hours (twenty-four hours).
5.4 The Licensor shall guarantee the safety of personal data, with consideration to the requirements of the current BVI legislation.

No customer, licensee or sublicensee of the Company has brought any complaint, claim, demand, charge, suit, action or proceeding against the Company before any court or other Governmental Authorities asserting that Company Intellectual Property or Products or any component has (1) failed to perform and/or operate in conformity with its documentation or warranty in any material respect, or (2) experienced, suffered, caused or produced any material malfunction, defect, error, data loss or breakdown in operation or caused or produced any damage to any computer system, and to the Company’s Knowledge, there is no basis for any such complaint, claim, demand, charge, suit, action or proceeding.
